My Story
Hi, I'm Patricia. I partner with leaders who are tackling complex challenges that require both systems thinking and practical action.
Why? Because I believe the most meaningful changes happen when we understand how all the pieces fit together – and then build solutions that actually work in the real world.
My Journey
My path to founding Partners in Change reflects my lifelong curiosity about how systems work and how people operate within them. With a foundation in Political Science and International Studies, I've always been fascinated by how different parts of society connect and influence each other. This curiosity has taken me from operations in small consultancies to managing global programs for Fortune 50 clients, always focused on understanding how things work and how to make them better.
What Drives Me
I'm energized by getting to the root of complex challenges. You'll often find me deep in research about systemic social issues, analyzing organizational patterns, or exploring new frameworks for sustainable change. This isn't just professional interest – it's core to who I am. I believe in looking beyond surface solutions to understand the deeper patterns that create lasting change.
